We meet at various locations throughout Yavapai County to connect community members to resources including but not limited to food assistance, medical assistance, counseling or mental health resources, and housing assistance.

Community Health Education team members will take time to discuss with wellbeing resources, sign you up for classes, and provide education on various topics.
